i remember seeing an exhibit somewhere in europe about Geigy and its designers. imagine working in-house there...a pharmaceutical co., of all places, insisting on high design standards!
some of their ads and packaging look like they inspired some modern things, like this:

ah cool. thanks for the link. i haven't seen the smart water site in a while but it looks relatively unchanged. for a while they had this site with large images and snarky copy which was cool too.
